Shipping
Please allow 2 business days for order preparation time when calculating how long your
order will take to arrive and determining a shipping option. During checkout you can
specify one of the following UPS delivery options:
UPS Ground (1-6 business days)
UPS 3 Day Select
UPS 2nd Day Air
UPS Next Day Air
Shipping & Handling Rates
UPS rates are determined by the delivery zip code, box size and shipment weight. On the
basket detail page, our shipping calculator will let you know how much your order will cost
for each of the UPS shipping options listed above. Just enter the destination zip code and
you will see an estimate of the shipping and handling cost. You can also view the shipping
costs during the shipping stage of the checkout process.

Many of the items we sell are available to us in a limited quantity. We make every effort

Tuscany Accents ships via your choice of UPS or U.S. Postal Service. There are two
factors that determine the shipping charges on orders. First, shipping charges increment as
the weight of your order increases. Secondly, the shipping charge formula is scaled based
upon the distance between our New York headquarters and the destination address. We
have set our rates to approximate the rates charged to us by our delivery service providers.
Because the U.S. Post Office cannot guarantee delivery, we can only guarantee that your
order will not get delayed or lost in transit if you select the UPS option during checkout.
Cheese of the Month subscription rates include shipping and handling charges.

high quality and in good physical condition. We make the same guarantee for
non-perishables. Any item(s) that your unsatisfied with will be replaced or refunded upon
